Every graduate receives a verifiable, serial-numbered certificate of completion citing accredited competencies.

Yes. Organizations enrolling 3 to 5 participants receive a 10% group concession. For cohorts of 6 or more delegates, our dedicated In-House delivery model provides significant cost savings per participant alongside fully customized technical curricula.
Delegate substitutions are permitted free of charge at any time up to 24 hours prior to cohort commencement. Cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior receive a 100% credit voucher valid for any JBC Trainings and Developments program across any hub within 12 months.
